- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for services can be found on the website in the packages tab.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once receiving a call or a request for a quote, a client will be sent an invoice. Once a package deal has been selected, the client is expected to submit the time, date, address, and any special notes for their event. A nonrefundable deposit of $20.00 will be accepted through PayPal or square cash. The remainder of the fee listed in the invoice will be paid to the artist or inflatable delivery person by the client at the time and day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Artists who work with It's Your Party Entertainment have 10 - 15 years experience in balloon twisting or face painting unless otherwise stated.
