- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All veterans, seniors and disabled receive a minimum 15% off invoice. Additionally, all repeat customers will get a loyalty discount minimally set at 5% that is in addition to our vets, seniors and disabled discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On site (your project address) visit that includes a free estimate along with a written proposal detailing the progression of the project by date for you to track.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
