- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's really difficult to give a standard fee for bankruptcy because each case is so different. Fees are based upon the complexity of the case, the amount of debt, the past filing history and the types of debts involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We really try to make the process as easy for the client as possible, knowing that this is probably one of the most stressful times of their lives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been handling bankruptcy cases as the bulk of my practice for 22 years. I have attended many specialized training sessions and conferences dealing with complex bankruptcy issues. I practice in the courts of the northern and middle districts of Alabama.
