- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?No, all pricing is based on the individual needs and requests, and therefore fairness will always be in play. There is no reason to charge any standard fee when nothing will be standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We initially consult via phone, and then set up a time that is convenient to come to their home or office. We listen to their needs and give them a quote for services right them, or within 24 hours of consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Been involved in Property Management, and Management for 18 years, and have worked with various types of contracting crews specifically to ensure that all work is done to a level that qualifies as professional grade. I personally have installed, repaired, and have provided maintenance services when not supervising projects.
