- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing varies from service to service, but we pride ourselves in being affordable and cheaper then most businesses in our industry. We always welcome you to get a second opinion on pricing and will try to match or beat our competitors offers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving and accepting your personal quote a member of our team will contact you to verify your request details and go over any questions or concerns you may have. After first contact a service date and time will be decided that works best for the customer and any necessary arrangements will be made. At the time of service all request details will be confirmed again and a written statement of services to be performed will be signed by both the customer and our representative. Once signed all services will be completed in a neat and timely manner or until the customer is 100% satisfied.
