- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price depends primarily on the dog's weight and coat type, and if there are any issues that might affect the dog's health---such as matting, or fleas and ticks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give my prices via email or phone and, if hired, arrange a time to meet the dog and owner, usually at the time of the first groom. I travel to the dog's home, or arrange a time to pick them up and bring them to my home shop for grooming.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified groomer, educated at Animal Behavioral College.
