I enjoy when the customer says that they feel the energy , love, processs and personality that goes into each bite thats consumed. I also love when clients leave with a memory and anticipation for the next time we meet as friends.

I have had a unique experience in that I have worked with Underground Cooking Academy professionally when Chef Thyme Randall worked directly with our Instructors on a cooking demonstration, which was very successful. I have also been a guest at a few of Underground Cooking Academy's catering events and I can say that without fail the food has always been incredible and I have appreciated and celebrated Chef Thyme Randall's energy!
