Danny Dixon was a pleasure to work with. Very personable and professional in how he handled himself. Danny responded immediately, set a date and time, and was punctual. He was very knowledgeable about the repair he made for us. He could have charge us over the top, and made us pay for a new ice maker or the fact is, our refrigerator is 23 years old. We could be buying a new frig. But, Danny made a small repair and said it would fix it. He said this is what he would do to his frig if it was his.

Danny is very honest, he text me about the appointment and gave me advice that my refrigerator was under warranty and suggested I contact the company for the repair. I called him back about the cost of the repair and he indicated the cost was good. He didn’t get to do the work, but his professional and honesty earns him all my future work.
