- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I just try be reasonable for the customer. I am not concern what others charge to do the job. It is not about getting rich off one job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like the customer to show me what they want done and in some cases the material that they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
