Our fee schedule is outstanding We charge only a 7% fee on gross rents received monthly. We also offer short-term property management for those in transition. Our fee charge in those situations is 10% of gross rents received. There is no lock-in agreements for those needing to make changes as their situation changes. We specialize in property management in the Southside area of Birmingham. We have personally managed property in many areas of the United States for over 35 years. We have low turnover and pride ourselves in selecting the best long-term tenants. I enjoy helping people maximize their return on their rentals. I take pride in securing responsible and mature tenants who take seriously their responsibilities to meet their financial obligations.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For long-term management agreements we charge 7% on all received gross rents. For short-term (three months or less) we charge 10%. We accept personal residences as well as commercial properties in the Southside area of Birmingham.
