I contacted Unique Cleaning Services under tough family circumstances. We had a family member that was critically ill and I needed someone immediately to come clean my moms house before all our family members were arriving. I contacted 3 highly recommended services and Unique is the only company that responded. Not only did she respond immediately, but she set up an appointment for the following day. I was out of the area, so she always kept me updated. They did a wonderful job cleaning, and were very comfortable with the dog and cat in the house. My mom asked to add some things to the list to be cleaned and they had no problem with the last minute additions. I am very thankful for them and how kind they were and I would definitely use them again!

From the time I opened my door I knew this was going to be a great experience! This trio radiated positive energy which could’ve easily been dampened when they saw my house. After a year full of family emergencies, my house was a MESS! But now it’s so fresh and clean....all in 3 hours! Thank you UCS!!

My floors have never been cleaner and prettier!! The house smelled so clean and it was cleaner than it has ever been! The bathrooms were immaculate and i don’t know how they got all the dust off my baseboards but they did! The girls are so sweet and helpful and just so professional. I will be hiring them again!

This happy focused team took over at the front door and turned my house back to the fresh, place it's meant to be. Windows and blinds cleaned while sheers were washed and re-hung. All furniture pulled to center to clean all base boards. I cook a lot and fry a lot, therefore a thin haze of oil coated the all-white kitchen cabinetry. All surfaces cleaned, curtains washed leaving a spotless area ready for the next marathon cooking spree. Invite this team to clean your home and you'll sign up for repeat services.

It is probably the lowest you will see because UCS believe we all live within a budget and we want our experience to shine not your wallet to hurt.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
our typical process would be once contact is made, the quote is accepted, we do a walk thru to see your basic need . The service is done and once that happen we make sure you are 100% satisfied and hope you will be a returning customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Mississippi State University I have the general basic training, hardardous chemical training and proper household cleaning training with 15 years experience
