Introduction: Giving the customer more then what they bargain for & to go the extra mile for them. By making them happy & satisfied, it will keep me in their thoughts when they need another job well done. Ever since I was knee high I always tried to help my mother with her cleaning chorus. I was raised with a father that was a neat freak & I cleaned up behind my 7 sisters. By the time i was about 9 or 10 it became a daily routine in my life & the strange thing about it is, I enjoyed it. The simple fact of looking at it before & after. It was a big difference & I enjoyed seeing the transformation. I would get the feeling of satisfaction & I have always loved the smell of freshness.
