- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. For weekly pool cleaning- brush, skim, empty basket(S), vacuum when needed, check water quality, backwash filter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the equipment they have and check everything over for functionality. Most of all, get to know what the customer expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years working with water quality. I studied micro biology @ OSU, then worked for city/State in water purification field. Pool building & service for local business until it was sold. Started my business at that time.
