What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I charge project based. So depending on the size of the website an SEO audit can range from $200-up. Adwords keyword research and campaign buildout is $100-$500 depending on the budget of the client for ad spend. Facebook campaign buildout is $200. That includes in depth market research and building out of a target audience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Checkout their website and do some market research. Get on the phone with the client chat about their goals and any prior marketing success they may have had or think they could have. Discover some competitors and come up with a strategy.
