I have worked with Rochelle to manage a rental property on the west side of Columbus for over 6 years. She has always been professional, reasonable, responsive and easy to work with. Fees are consistent with what I would expect to pay a property manager in the area.
I have dealt with half a dozen property managers over the last 10 years across multiple states and Rochelle at PMI Columbus has been the best.
