- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like for my clients to contact me so we can talk about there event. I request them to go to my web site and fill out my questionnaire's, which gives me all the information that I need to perform the best service that I can. This questionnaire also allows the client to answer a lot of questions that they may not know to ask. This gives the client time to think about exact details and makes the day of the event run smoothly and less stressful. I take this information and make a itinerary and then get I final approval from the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the music (live performance, sound and lighting) industry for over 15 years. I was trained in the Dj business by a seasoned veteran in the industry specializing in weddings, and special gatherings.
