I am going to motivate you to do your best on any particular day. I am going to give you the tools you need to succeed. As a high school wrestler, Cory has helped me tremendously in reaching my full potential in my strength. He has been an outstanding trainer that has devoted a great deal of time and effort to help me understand the complicated and intricate movements involved in lifting safely. I have never seen a trainer with as much patience and devotion as Cory before, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to better their health.

I have been fortunate enough to take Cory’s meditation class since the beginning. I find him to be very helpful in his direction, always available to answer any questions and extremely professional in his execution. I have spoken to many people who have taken the class and they all agree that it is an extremely enjoyable beneficial experience

After a year working with Cory Moloff towards my fitness goals, I feel it is vital to write a review about him. Prior to working with Cory, I suffered from muscles that were very tight and inflexible. Cory knowledge of stretching was extremely important for developing a fitness plan that restored my flexibility and quality of life. Cory is an out-sanding personal trainer and would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their physical fitness or flexibility.
