- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I expensive yes but also fair. For instance, if your price 330 for the month 3 times a week, but your also bringing someone and they sign i knock off 50 on your bill for that month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First i have them fill out a welcome package, then i weigh them, take measurements, we then sit down and talk about what the customers goals are. Where we proceed to talk about health issues, ailments, injuries that may hender the customer from working out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In college i studied sports science. Im certified through AAAI, and currently working on a second cert.
