- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The service call in NJ is $65 and $80 in NYC with a 30-day warranty. We accept all forms of payment including Zelle and Cashapp. The service call fee is applied toward the cost of the total repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Service calls are booked within 24 to 48 hours and sometimes same day service depending on location. The service call is booked only once we receive the customers phone number, full name, address, availability and method of payment. Once this information is provided, you will receive 2 hour window which you will be expected to confirm.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have been trained by brands such as Whirlpool, Electrolux, GE, Sub Zero, Miele, Bosh and Thermador to name a few. We are also EPA Certified to handle refrigeration.
