While here, he was respectful and courteous. Project took longer than anticipated. He installed a new tub, which required pushing back a wall. He also tiled in the tub area. Estimated 1-2 weekends, took over a month. Did not shut water off when adjusting plumbing, and we ended up with water coming through the kitchen. Was responsive and fixed it, but now months later the plaster is peeling in the kitchen. Tile work in tub looks GREAT. Especially love the little inlet he built. Two tiles have cracked (one within a week of finishing the project). Been messaging him since April and it’s still not fixed (it’s September). We understand contractors have other projects but waiting this long to fix the two tiles seems excessive.Sep 11, 2018Verified
