- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually have discount for major holidays. Our pricing is very competitive for the quality of service we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step1) A free estimate walkthrough Step 2) A proposal is sent to prospective customers Step 3) Yes? We agree on a starting date, time and assigned cleaners. Step 4) Cleaners goes to customer location to perform the service. Step 5) We request feedback from customer. Action is taken accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew goes to intense training from weeks to 2 months before going to our customer's home. The final stage of our training program is training each cleaner in the house they will be assigned. We have weekly scheduled team meeting to go over more training materials and answer our cleaners questions and concerns. We also have a very personal relationship with our customers. We create an environment that makes they comfortable to send us feedback after each service.
