I have been working with these girls for about 2 years now and they have always done an amazing job. I heard about them through my neighbor, who they are currently still cleaning for. They clean my whole house which is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home. It is always left looking spotless and like new. The reason I have stuck with them for so long is because of the pricing, is very reasonable for the amazing service they provide. We have an agreement where they dust, clean, and mop/vacuum the whole house, including changing the linens with clean sheets and pillow cases that I leave out for them. I granted them full access to my home, because I do have two children and the weekends are the best time to get the kids out of the house and go to a park so they can clean in peace. They are very trust worthy and have made it very easy for me to keep them as housekeepers. I never had a problem calling them if I needed a last minute cleaning because they are very flexible and make it work. I currently provide the cleaning supplies, but we have had situations where I told her in advance I was low on a product she would bring it along with the receipt and I would reimburse her. If you are looking for an amazing cleaning job I definitely recommend these two girls. It is good to see them branching out and taking on more clients. Great Job Ladies!

Honestly, I am the type of person who was very skeptical about hiring a cleaning service and even skeptical about the idea of having people from a cleaning service in my home. I always thought I shouldn't waste money and that I would be better off cleaning myself. But with such a busy schedule and rarely enough time to clean, I decided to listen to my friends and test out the idea by giving Sparkle & Shine a chance and I can honestly say, it was THE best decision! I must say, Sparkle & Shine is the best cleaning service in town! Not only are they very thorough and professional but they are also very friendly and polite! They came in a timely fashion and made my house spotless! My family was so impressed with the service that they want to continue using this service and now have other friends using the service as well! I would highly recommend Sparkle & Shine to anyone who is in need of a professional cleaning service! You will not be disappointed.

Hired on Thumbtack

This is an extremely late review on my behalf. I first met shannon on thumbtack and hired her and I have to say I was a little skeptic especially with hiring ppl from apps. But she came to the house very well prepared and on time that's a big problem I faced with hiring ppl before. She made the house spotless while doing my laundry in between. I currently have it set up where she comes once a month and she gave a discount for being a loyal customer. This is the first time I used this app and actually got good out of it.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process would be getting to know the needs of the customer, finding any specifications that they may have meeting all those needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training that I have come from my previous employer. Being that I was in college and working they trained us to do military folding and top of he chart cleaning and making sure we go above and beyond to make the customer happy. The owner of the company was a military veteran and his wife was a director of housekeeping for a well known hotel. I believe that the training that I received speaks well with volume in my work.
