- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately, pricing is not often known until a basic water test is performed on site by the Springsoft water specialist. Individual factors such as pipe size, flow rate requirements, space availability, future floor plans, water test results and family size will help us define each individual application.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone's situation is unique. After discussing your specific needs and goals, reviewing the information obtained during our initial consultation and water test, your Springsoft water specialist will provide water treatment options to resolve your water problems. Springsoft offers a wide array of products and services to assist you in achieving your goals. When multiple choices exist, you will be provided with all available options, the pros and cons of each and we will attempt to stay within your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are proud members of the Water Quality Association, and members of our staff have also received Master Water Specialist accreditation. We have nearly 60 years of water treatment experience, and many members of our staff have been Springsoft for over 20 years.
