- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is ran off of my past experiences at an hourly rate. My jobs are bid on the amount of man hours involved , which I will break down in an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a meeting at their home, so they can interview me and we can meet face to face. We can go over the details of their project and make sure we are the right fit for each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified welder for duralast roofing systems. I've completed an OSHA 30 HR safety program. I'm certified in CPR and first aid and also in operating heavy equipment
