Introduction: As a former non-profit executive director I understand the budget constraints small business owners and non-profit leaders experience. Over the course of seven years, my tenure as executive director, it seemed we could never find someone to consistently update our web content, manage social media marketing, or generate simple graphics. We tried it all! We would except interns, ask staff members to juggle dual roles, and even enlisted the help of some volunteers to assist with digital marketing, presentation generation, short videos, or website updates. The problem was I couldn't find interns or volunteers to stay long enough or meet our specific needs. I needed someone with experience who was willing to come in for a reasonable rate of pay, have proven success with the product creation, and consistency. I would spend late evenings managing social media content as it was easier to "just do it myself". You know the feeling, right? That was the fastest road to burn out! Which is why I resigned last year and started my own digital marketing and web design business. I've often said, we have a website and social media accounts but it's just a boat tied to the dock with no one to row it! My hope is to assist small business owners and non-profit leaders with my skills and experience in all aspects of marketing, web presence, and social media management. Let me be the person rowing the marketing boat while you focus on your dreams and reaching the people you hope to serve. I'm experienced in strategic marketing, branding, social media marketing analysis, platform & coalition building, and non-profit management. I absolutely love the creative process of digital expression & the excitement on my clients face upon seeing our collaborative vision become a reality. I genuinely enjoy helping others and promoting others successes (both large and small).
