- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upkeeps2hire likes to focus on quality and value of our work. We understand each job may have different needs, task, and time frames. Our goal is to be thorough and efficiently as possible. Client satisfaction is key to our reputation and the success of our business. With most cases we charge a flat fee based on client needs, and size of home. Our goal is for our clients to be pleased and happy. Flat Rates can be easier because you know what you have to pay upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Upkeeps2hire I like to get to know the clients. Know what their needs are, any special requirements or requests. Are there any allergies or preferred cleaning products to be used? Are there pets that must be taken into consideration when cleaning as to not use products which could harm them? Ask for the expectations of the client -and exceed them! All my clients have my cell phone number for any emergency or any request need it.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research and hire a company you can trust. Ask for a free consultation so you can meet the people who will be at your house.
