- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Organize In A Day™ fees: Complementary introductory phone call $50. deposit to hold the session. Thank you for understanding. Organizing, Unpacking; $70./hour + Assistant, Additional $50/hr. flat $10 fuel stipend per session per driver 4 hours minimum Packing; $90./hour + Assistant, additional $60./hr flat $10 fuel stipend per session per driver 4 hours minimum $25 fee for booking with Instant Book. Thank you for understanding. Consultation; $140. up to 90 minutes. Holding 3 days or more, we ask for a deposit of 1/2 the approximated fee. Thank you. Please give 24 hour notice to reschedule. If you cancel or reschedule within 3 hours of the session a $150 is a courtesy payment to the pro who could no longer schedule work for that day. Thank you for understanding. Personalized Gift Certificates are available instantly with a deposit. Accepting Zelle, Venmo, Credit Card, Cash: A receipt is provided. Thank You, we appreciate your business!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we connect through Thumbtack, we can text to communicate, and talk on the phone to share details about your priorities, goals, timeline and budget, and you can ask any questions you may have. The goal of the call is for us both to provide clarity, a basic exchange of ideas, and to set a schedule for our session together. Then, I email you a short informative note to let you know how to prepare, and to review the information from our Thumbtack profile. Thank you
