- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes. But, I'm willing to negotiate. Events are based on budgets. Therefore, I usually give the customers the price they want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I begin with a phone call or email. Then, a sit down if the customer is in town; follow up with an email with the quote. Once hired, I keep the client updated constantly.
