Introduction: I am a Wine Guide and Personal Chef. I provide premium boutique wines and pair them with savory appetizers/ tapas and/or innovative and decadent desserts.
I enjoy introducing my guests to the wonderful world of wines and how to pair them with food. I love watching the expreasons on their faces when their eyes are opened to the surprising, flavors of wine blended with various ingredients.

Chef Tesia was an absolute pleasure to work with. The food was AMAZING! All I had to do was tell her my idea and she took it and created an amazing experience. Everyone loved the food and wine. There was something for everyone. I have already started passing her card around to everyone I know and have at least 2 more events in mind that I need her for. I will definitely be using her again!
