Introduction: One way my service stands out is experience. I have been a personal trainer, and diet coach for over 20 years and have learned along the way. Starting training at 10 years old I Won the teenage bodybuilding title for Florida at 17. Shortly after top shelf nutrition was born, where I wrote diets and helped individuals with supplementation choices. During this period I assisted a few secret service agents get in better shape and they suggested I join them in the secret service. The secret service sounded like a good idea and at 19 I took the first step and joined the US army as an MP. I learned new training techniques in the army and continued my diet study while training my fellow army patriots. I earned accolades for physical fitness in the army including the presidential physical fitness award. My time was served in the army when I got out I opened my own private training gym. Since 15 I had always been training and helping people while learning more through field study and my own personal training. I have had the pleasure of being able to help thousands of people lose fat and gain muscle. While training every day people I was also approached by professional athletes. I Trained Shannon briggs for 8 fights And helped him win the heavyweight boxing title. After assisting Briggs I decided to give boxing a try also. I trained for one month and turned pro. I was lucky enough to train under established world championship coaches including Emmanuel Stewart. I carry this experience into my personal training today. My boxing rescord is 13-3 with 9ko. 7 KO in less than a minute. My boxing manager suggested an intense internal power training year and I gladly accepted. No weight training only tai chi techniques was a big change for me but it proved beneficial. I experienced a one year Training camp with a Tai Chi master from gin soon tai chi academy for 8 hours a daily. The results were amazing. I gained considerable internal power and Tai Chi knowledge. Tai chi is bone, tendon, ligament, and energy training. You can heal many ailments through movements and exercise, and when you add diet you become nearly unstoppable. I share this knowledge in my training today. Through my years of training I also cooked for the majority of my clients. Training is the fun part, but the nutrition is the hard part. Proper nutrition is a key element to physical change. I took the guess work out of my clients diets and started fuelfood.com after I got out of the army. I grew fuel from a home based business to an industry leader producing 70,000 meals a week. I was able to rally dive into a large amount of different diets and lifestyles during this period. I share the knowledge I gained with my clients today. Experience really sets my training apart from most, but caring also makes a huge difference. I genuinely care that my clients make progress to their goals. I will do everything within my power to facilitate this. I have never had a client that did not make progress tword their goals and feel better. I really enjoy helping people achieve their goals. I have had thousands of clients in my career with every kind of goal possible. I enjoy working with all age groups and needs.

Absolute best trainer there is in South Florida without a question. I've tried so many before and got mediocre results with him in three weeks I did more than I did with each other guys in years

Training with Erik has been awesome! He caters to my individual health and fitness goals and custom creates workouts for me so that we are always doing something new. I personally hate cardio on the machines and am easily exhausted by doing the same old routines. Erik spoke to me about what my goals were and what I wanted to achieve so that our workouts could meet them. We are always doing something new and the possibilities for my workouts are endless! I'm really happy with the Viking and his results I wouldn't want to train with anyone else.
