The company misleads in its advertising. The movers are not military veterans. The company misquotes the cost. Actual cost was 1 1/2 times the original quote. The movers, although friendly and nice, took their time and just seemed to move slowly. When I called Rob to arrange for the move, he said that the cost of the move is more because there are always items to be moved that people forget about until it has to be moved. I had less items moved than I shared for the quote. At the end of the move, you have to sign a paper that you agree with the cost. At that point, what can you do but sign, even though you feel taken advantage of. I will not use this company in the future.Oct 8, 2018VerifiedRobert B.'s reply
I apologize if you felt misled by our advertising we clearly state we are owned and operated by a US armed forces veteran. And just as well we give the best estimate based on the info we gather during our phone conversation. I wish your move would have been better. Thank you for the input so we can improve.

We also offer FLAT RATES based on an inventory of items and services requested. We offer senior discounts as well as moving specials through out the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We get to know the needs of the customer. We want to understand their individual situation as each move is unique and we like to educate the customer on the moving process
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?over 30 years in the moving industry. our movers are fully trained by Vanline companies so they are prepped in all aspects of moving, wrapping, packing, and handling of furniture.
