Fantastic Business sense. I left a message on Thumbtack to have a tree removed from a rental property. The tree was about 15 feet and was blocking the sidewalk. Brian Smith contacted me within 5 minutes. VERY impressive. He gave me an unbeatable quote. STILL interested. I checked him out on Angie's list. GREAT reviews and in business 15 ish years. Okay, so I hired him from another city. I nervously waited to see if he was as reliable as all the reviews say he is. WOW. He was at the property early. He rented a new chainsaw in case the tree needed more power. He brought spray paint with him to level off the trunk and make a little seat for the tenant's children to sit on and play.
I am more than pleased. I rarely write reviews. I am going to keep him on SpeedDial the next time I need to move, or have stuff hauled away! Thank you so much Brian,
