FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects our quality and craftsmanship. Not every customer will be a fit for our services. We desire customers who want quality and are willing to pay for quality. Your home is your single greatest asset, choose a home improvement contractor who provides the greatest value, not necessarily the contractor who is the least expensive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet with a potential customer to review larger projects and then prepare a written proposal. That allows the customer to meet us, get to know us and affords them the time to gain trust in our work. With remodeling projects, when both parties have made the decision that it is a fit, we will then draw up a written contract in which all of the details of the project are specified; scope of work, budget, timeline and what selections need to be made and when. A successful remodel begins with early preparation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had the privilege of working with a few men who have worked in the construction industry for decades, from whom I have gained decades of knowledge during my time in the industry.
