- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe that pricing should be simple and free from confusion, which is why offer flat rate photography with small deposits. If you're a first time customer we offer discounts for your first shoot with us, and we have an amazing referral program for you to take advantage of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While we will always communicate with you in whichever way you prefer, we prefer to make a phone call or meet in person. This is so we can make sure to answer any and all of your questions and concerns, sign paperwork and collect any sort of deposit.
