I enjoy making customers space improved. For example right now im working on a customers house that had sewer damage and is having issues with their insurance company and association and has been living in this situation for months. I have used Perfect Paint throughout the years. I have had my entire interior painted. Updated kitchen with painted cabinets, new hardware, counter tops and sink and backsplash. New light fixtures throughout. Painted doors and trim throughout. Their work has always been professional and completed in a timely fashion. I will continue to utilize their services as well as referring out.

Marchand did a fantastic job getting our home ready to sell. Project included wall repair and trim/ceiling/wall paint. He completed the job within our tight timeframe and at the most reasonable cost. Very professional!

Shawn was very pleasant and professional. He was on time, ready to do what I asked and performed all the tasks to my satisfaction. He also made sure the areas he worked were cleaed up. I have additional work this Spring and plan on contacting him again.

After receiving a 50% deposit Marshawn continued to fail to show up for to do the work. When he first showed up he would only complete 30 minutes to an hour of work each day for the first few days then he started showing up every few days. My last interaction with him was him telling me he had crews on site, which he didn't because I called him from the site, then he said he would go to the site himself. He came after I left the site and took all of his tools. He won't return phone calls or emails or texts. If you are going to quit a job then at least let me know! Just beware because he took the deposit check easily but rarely showed up to do the work and vanished after barely completing anything.
Edit: Below is my response to the contractor's response to my review from a year and half ago. Nothing he stated was even remotely true. Every time I showed up on site there would be no one there and when I would call he always had an excuse. Usually something along the lines of he or his crew was at Home depot or his vehicle was having issues or something. I would show up on site at 10am and no he hadn't gotten there yet, I would show up at 3pm and he had left already.
He never had to "sit around and wait" for other contractors. I had to constantly ask where he was As a matter of fact, all of the finish contractors were constantly waiting on Marshawn to finish. He would give me dates and times that he'd have things completed but he never completed any of them. The work he did was very below average quality and appeared that, as far as drywall work goes, it is something that he isn't qualified to do. Maybe his paint work is better but it looked like he's never hung drywall. Pictures for reference.
As frustrating as it was to have him never show up for work and to do a poor job when he was there, the thing that angered me the most was that even though he was being so difficult, I was willing to let him finish the work. Instead he just decided to keep the $5,500 I gave him and never return my calls, emails, or texts. He even had text read receipts on so I could see when he saw my texts!
Marshawn, if you'd like to discuss more please feel free to call me! I'd love to get my money back!! Especially since I had to hire someone to come in and remove what little work you did and redo the whole thing.
