I received detailed email day before service with picture id. I was contacted again 1 hour before service time to confirm exact E.T.A. My son was on-site but I still received status updates via text and picture's of completed work. Two days after I had noticed an area of carpet that required attention. I texted my concern with picture's and was immediately contacted and with in 1 hour James was on-site fixing the issue. Completely Satisfied and Highly Recommend. I still can't believe the quality of service and the excellent customer service.
