- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Prior to beginning a booking, I like to meet the people I'll be working for as well as the pet(s) that I'll be caring for. Sometimes, it's not a good match. It's unfortunate, but it does happen. A meet and greet at least gives everyone the opportunity to "sniff" each other out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been working in veterinary medicine as a technician since 2002.
