I have been a client of Fit by Design before it was FBD... I began seeing Peggy when she was training clients in her garage in Fallbrook. My goal was to be stronger - and I am! I have participated in several of her extracurricular programs including coming in second in inches/weight lost about four years ago. I currently am a client of Brandon Anthony at FBD, and he is just an awesome young man - focused, professional, responsive to needs/texts/makeup days. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I’ve been in the business for 15 years every year I attend world conferences to continue my education and keep my certifications current. Some of the courses include: strength and conditioning, running to avoid injuries, weight and lifestyle modifications, assessments from the foot up, extreme bootcamp, senior fitness and many more.
