Introduction: I customized exercise plans for my clients based on their goals. These plans typically include cardiovascular and weight lifting exercises. During a training session, I'll observe clients performing exercises to ensure they are doing the moves correctly to reduce risk of injury. I will also give diet and lifestyle suggestions when they are relevant to the fitness plan. I take training very serious. You are paying hard earned money and you expect results. I want to make sure all of my clients meet their goals. I enjoy helping others to feel better about their bodies and raising their self-esteem.
