- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing system includes consultation, equipment, labor and travel. Our pricing system is a fixed rate which involves the number of rooms needed, the severity of the cleaning needed, as well as the size of the area needing to be serviced. If your home has stairs there is an additional fee of $40-$50. Anything over 6 hours, changes from a fixed rate to an hourly pricing system. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our process usually involves a phone conversation to get a feel of what the customer wants, followed by a free estimate to view the work needed and to give the customer a price. At this point, we discuss with the customer any questions/issues involving the work. If the customer decides they want the service and schedules a cleaning, a non-refundable deposit is paid when cleaning is scheduled. This deposit is deducted from their quoted price when the work is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We trained with Electrolux many years ago. My experience with their machines is why we use Electrolux equipment and products. Our company is Bonded/Insured.
