Introduction: I am the Creator and CEO of Inspire Fit Academy. A 12 week program that helps healthcare professionals and high achievers transform their body and mind to lose fat, to create healthy eating habits, to create more energy, and to feel confident in their clothes.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer who practices Lifestyle Coaching as well. I am Certified in Nutrition and I specialize in Hormone and Metabolic Health.
I’ve been in your shoes. I was in a place of being overweight, tired, out of control with my food, and just felt gross.
I didn’t know where to turn to gain control over my body and mind until I reached out for help.
Once I did, my life changed! I am a different person now! I have control over my body and mind, I have created habits that I can continue sustainably, and I am more confident than I have ever been at almost 40 years old.
Now, it is my mission and purpose on this Earth to help other High-Achieving women like myself to change their habits so they can achieve their ultimate goals-physically and mentally.

Sumer and her team were great to work with. Not only was I able to lose weight, but I was also able to learn how to sustain it. This was so much more than a weight loss plan. I would definitely recommend.

These ladies are very knowledgeable about health and fitness. I really appreciate how they kept me on track with my meal plans. Corina enlighten me on so many different ideas on making great choices in my meals and how to make chose wisely and reading labels. I’ve been in the fitness world for a long time and ate what I thought was great at that time. I was diagnosed with lymphoma in 2020 and it became aggressive in 2022. I underwent chemo and I was placed on 50mg of prednisone which made me gain over 20 pounds in 3 months. I’m currently still on my journey to keep everything stable. I feel and look much better and very pleased with my results. Thanks again ladies for your encouragement and kind words. 👌🏾✌🏾

Sumer and Kelly are awesome! They genuinely care about their clients. They are more than a fitness trainer. They are there for you in all aspects of your life. Exercise, nutrition, personal struggles, motivation…they are there for you through it all. I love them both and feel like I have made lifelong friendships.

Accountability and guidance is what I needed for my fitness and wellness journey and Sumer and her team delivered. She checked in on me every week to see how I was doing. If I ever had questions or concerns, Sumer and her team answered right away. Her program is very well structured and lays out everything you need to be successful. If something wasn’t working for me, they were able to adjust things or give other options. I was very happy with what I learned and my results.
