- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, I don't. I think a one size fits all pricing is a warning sign that you are not an SEO professional or at the very least, lack true understanding of the field.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to starting my own agency, I worked as an SEO Specialist for a large digital marketing agency in Boston called Acceleration Partners. I worked on very large client accounts such as Franklin Sports, Reebok, and many ecommerce businesses. I recently received a Professional Certification in Digital Media and Marketing from Duke University. I completed over 350 hours of classes based on SEO, Social Media, PPC, Web Analytics, Conversion Optimization and Content Marketing. Also, I am certified in all six disciplines.
