- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard system, It depends what is needed of me as it will differ based on how far in the planning process you are or if you only need me for day-of coordination of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually have a Q&A session to better understand their vision, what has already been done, what still needs to be done, and their expectations of me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked 4 years in administration 2 years in project management, and 2 years as an event planner and wedding consultant. So I do have great experience in corporate and wedding planning. I have been assisting at a beautiful bridal shop in Boston called I Do Wedding and there I fell in love with the Wedding plan process, so I am very familiarized in that arena as well.
