Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We are a personal training studio built solely around training only one person at a time, because of this you get complete and total attention and individualization with your workout program and coaching. All of our clients start with a free assessment where we figure out your goals and limitations then a plan to get you from point A to B as quickly and efficiently as possible. Nothing makes us happier then to see people who started out with very little experience with exercise start doing things and reaching goals they never knew were possible. When this inevitably happens we are right by your side to celebrate that achievement and then find another goal to keep your sights on.

Chris is the best of the best! If you know what your strength and fitness goals are, Chris can get you there. Or if you just have a general idea, Chris works with you to develop your individual plan. He really takes the time to explain your plan to you and the movements involved so you know exactly what you’re doing and why it’s important. In addition to having a genuinely encouraging demeanor, he’s a great mix of pushing you when you can do more and being patient when you’ve maxed out. If you’re just getting started or looking to improve the gains you already have, you can’t find a better, more qualified trainer than Chris.

Chris is the best! I was looking for a local trainer in the North End area. He made it easy to schedule a session, even last minute. He definitely knows his stuff. Highly recommend

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

All new clients or anyone interested starts with a free Assesment. During this we will go over your goals, schedule, lifestyle screening and movement assesment. From here we take this info and create s program around your lifestyle and goals.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always get an assessment and don't agree to buy anything till you've met with someone in person and think you can agree with their style of training and their plan for you.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It sounds simple but try to be really clear about what your goals are and why they might be important to you. Think of every new training program as though your starting at point A and by clearly understand and describing your goals (point B) it's much easier to write an effective program to get you there!
