- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on the length of sitting and how far I am needing to travel. I can be flexible, so please feel free to comfortably ask if you are unsure.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I need to house/pet sit I think it is best to meet up with my clients and discuss any of their questions or concerns. I can also stop by at their home to walk around or meet their pets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience is from helping out with friends, family, and co-workers. I also have owned 5 dogs and 2 cats in my life. I pet and house sit for a few consistent families in the Boston area currently.
