I wish every service was as reliable and easy to work with as DRG. They came by to pick up my failed drive and I received a diagnosis the same day. This was my first experience with what I thought was a need for data recovery on "My Passport Ultra" portable disk. My computers stopped recognizing the disk. I called Petri, he picked it up the same day, called me back the same evening, and told me that the USB 3.0 cable that came with the disk had failed. He replaced the cable and returned my disk the next day. All this incredible service and he tells me, "no charge!" It's so refreshing to have such honest and cordial service. I would provide my highest recommendation to the "Data Recovery Guru" along with my thanks for relieving me quickly of the anxiety over possibly losing over 1TB of data on my disk.

The standard pricing system is similar to the car repair industry, namely based on the type of failure the device [car] sustained and the length of service chosen. In addition, we offer various pre-determined length of services to suit the customer's interest in either a 'more budget' or 'urgent need' type of service. We often complete the recovery sooner than the due date. No sketchy and misleading "price range" tactics. Upfront and honest.
