FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bid with a quote, and then use that as a fixed price, preventing unexpected surprises. The pricing is broken up typically into 1-2 week increments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a 45-60 minute consultation, followed by a detailed proposal based on our discussion, and then a signed agreement with payment and delivery schedule details.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It depends on your goals and budget... Be prepared to choose 2 out of 3 of the following: quality, price, and expedience, you will rarely get all three (unless you hire overseas, which will provide mixed results for a number of reasons). My work is on-par with agency-quality work, but being a freelancer you get a much more competitive rate, with relatively quick lead times (when I'm available).
