FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very reasonable and competitive prices. I have a price table that gives discounts the more hours a week you book. I am very flexible with the form of payment and will settle terms on a student-to-student basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first 15 minutes of the first session is reserved so that the student and I can get to know each other. Each student has a different learning style so it is extremely important I know what works for the student, what is his/her study habits, etc... This way I can adapt and approach my teaching style according to the student.
