As a single person house owner its hard to do a complete bathroom gut. Ricky understood that and helped me prioritized different jobs in my house. The first of many, I hope, was the bathroom fixture update. Like any job on an old house, there were things we couldn't predict and Ricky helped me understand my options and cost. The bathroom looks great! Can't wait to start on the other projects!

Ricky is amazing! Incredibly communicative, fast, professional, and transparent. He kept us posted on each step of the construction process and was quick to reply to email and quick to address any concerns. The only part of the experience we didn't like is that it appears he didn't have very clear communication with the crew who worked on the project. Things we'd explicitly agreed not to do ended up being done and had to be fixed later (we asked that the upstairs bathroom not be used, that the basement light didn't need fixing, that the cracked sill shouldn't be puttied etc., but his crew did those things to some frustration). However, the crew frustrations aside, the job itself turned out great--we had five ceilings and two rooms replaced with sheet rock. It was quality work that was finished in a reasonable time frame for a reasonable cost.

Ricky and the team were awesome to work with. While many other contractors passed on our job, these guys happily took on a pretty unsexy project (basement structural beam work) and treated us as if we were their most important customer. Contracts and work scopes were clear and well communicated, they showed up on time every day, shared frequent updates and photos via text and email, left the job site clean and well kept each evening, and were wonderfully attentive to all of our needs throughout the process. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with and made a pretty annoying project feel remarkably stress-free.
