FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Students with upcoming goals benefit from taking discounted lesson packages. Packages with discounted rates must be paid in full. We accept cash and check for forms of payment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the student's reason for learning how to dance (upcoming wedding, first dance, social dancing, want to compete, going on vacation, etc.) We always start with the basic step. No matter how elaborate the end product is, everything is built off of the basic steps. For someone wanting to learn how to social dance...the focus in the beginning will be learning basic steps, how to dance to music, and lead/follow techniques. For a couple learning a First Dance the first few basic steps are taught of the chosen dance and then choreography is learned based on the couple's song choice.
